‘Executive coaching is a form of organisational learning through one-to-one conversations that facilitates development for a leader. It can be used in a variety of ways, for example, getting past an impasse, removing a stumbling block or drawing out and building on strengths.’
Any business is incomplete without executive coaches. This enhances performance and contentment and makes life much easier in the corporate sector. Executive coaches have a deep knowledge of the world and help leaders create positive changes in their lives.
As executive coaches, we are the ‘guides on the side’ not the ‘sages on the stage’ as I heard described recently. We are the unsung heroes of many executives’ success.

Coaches love to receive messages out of the blue on how their previous clients are progressing, it will make their day.
2. Recommend them
Coaches mostly obtain their work through word of mouth, why not recommend your coach to your Human Resources Team or colleagues/friends who you think would benefit.
3. Give them a shout-out.
Why not tag them on your social media on May 1st and share why you think they are a great coach.
4. Provide a Testimonial
Provide a testimonial or review of their services, either in an email for their website, or on LinkedIn, or Google.
5. Reengage/ Hire an Executive Coach
