Jenny Garrett Global is a UK inclusive leadership consultancy with over 20 years' experience delivering diversity and inclusion programmes, women's leadership development, and EDI training for public and private sector organisations. Founded by Jenny Garrett OBE, we specialise in helping organisations develop diverse talent, build inclusive cultures, and create workplaces where everyone can progress. Our clients include the NHS, UK Parliament, Coventry City Council, Equans UK & Ireland, B & Q, and National Gas.

Social Mobility

Social mobility begins with access. It succeeds with leadership. This programme develops the confidence, skills, and networks that enable talent from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to rise. Participants learn to reframe their background as an asset, advocate for themselves in the face of bias, and grow their authentic influence. With managers and sponsors integrated into the process, organisations are equipped to remove barriers and create senior leadership that reflects true diversity of experience.

This interactive workshop will introduce you to cultural intelligence, an innovative approach to working and relating across cultures. Rooted in scholarly research and used by organizations like Harvard, Goldman Sachs, BMW, and Google, this engaging, practical session will give you a chance to assess your levels of CQ , discuss some of the intercultural challenges and opportunities you face, and create an action plan for developing and applying your CQ.
