JGG has worked with National Gas for two years, focusing on developing staff from ethnically diverse backgrounds, and developing a women’s leadership development programme.

National Gas has been a deeply collaborative partnership, tailoring the kind of sessions, senior leader engagement, and even working with their internal coaches as part of our programme delivery. 

We were proud to see a resounding success with our interventions. To the right are the statistics from “Elevate”, a 9-month course with staff from ethnically diverse backgounds focused on how to progress their careers, and becoming the best leader they can be alongside senior leaders and their line managers.
