“Reaffirm your self worth and own you success!” – Hira Ali
On the 25th of March, Hira Ali’s book launch for ‘Her Way To The Top’ took place in London. The afternoon was filled with many wonderful and inspiring women all coming together to support Hira.
The book examines the roadblocks that can obstruct a woman’s climb to the top. It is a guide for working women, exploring many subjects including Imposter Syndrome, the fear of missing out and perfectionism. ‘Her Way To The Top’ ultimately proves that women are in it together!
The afternoon was opened by the wonderful Cherron Inko-Tariah MBE. Then followed by Dr Yvonne Thompson, Carole Stone CBE, Mindy Gibbins Klein and lastly, Hira Ali herself. Mindy explained that 80% of books they publish this year will be written by underrepresented groups. Hira gave her thanks to the people around her who have supported her through the process of writing and publishing her book.
The launch was beautifully planned with delicious food and an incredible view. Even the cakes had mini ‘Her Way To The Top’ books on them!
