What is the Diverse Executive Coach Directory

The Diverse Executive Coach Directory (DECD) was create by Jenny Garrett OBE when she was tired of being told there were no executive coaches from diverse backgrounds in the UK, and often found herself being “the only” coach from a diverse background in corporate coaching pools. So she founded the only directory that connects executive coaches from diverse backgrounds directly to corporate organisations and individuals.
 
The coaches in the directory go through a rigorous vetting process and demonstrate their experience and quality to be in this pool, so that they can bring diverse perspectives and insights into organisations. You can found out more here
