We talked about the fact that many EDI initiatives are criticised for having a short term impact and not delivering long term behavioural change and how coaching can make the difference; how coaching can benefit people from underrepresented groups who are recognised as talent but are not breaking through the glass ceiling and how coaching can help majority group leaders with their EDI journey.
