With over 20 years of experience, Jenny has empowered countless leaders and organisations to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
Her work is grounded in three core pillars: Inclusive Leadership, focusing on the “why” of valuing every individual; Entrepreneurial Leadership, providing the “how” for innovation and diverse thinking; and Humanising AI Adoption, which ensures technology is used fairly and for everyone’s benefit.
An esteemed author, Jenny wrote “Rocking Your Role,” a guide for female breadwinners, and “Equality vs Equity,” a critical look at race in the workplace. For her impactful services to entrepreneurship and women in business, she was awarded an OBE in 2021. Jenny’s profound expertise and practical approach make her a sought-after speaker and advisor for leading organisations worldwide.

Jenny Garrett OBE is a bold and positive voice in the world of global leadership. As a Black business woman born and living in the UK, her extensive 20-year career is defined by a passionate commitment to creating fairer workplaces. She is the CEO of her award-winning company, Jenny Garrett Global, where she works with organisations to embed inclusive practices and empower talent from all backgrounds.
The foundation of Jenny’s consultancy is built on three key pillars: Inclusive Leadership, which provides the principles for valuing every individual; Entrepreneurial Leadership, which teaches how to adapt and innovate with diverse thinking; and Humanising AI Adoption, a forward-thinking approach to ensure the most transformative technology of our time is used fairly and for everyone’s benefit.
A true pioneer, Jenny is the founder of the first and only Diverse Executive Coach Directory in the UK. She is also the co-founder of Rocking Ur Teens, a social enterprise dedicated to helping young people build their confidence and skills.
Jenny is an accomplished author, celebrated for her two books. “Rocking Your Role” offers practical support for female breadwinners, while “Equality vs Equity” tackles complex issues of race in the workplace with clarity and purpose. Her dedication and influence were formally recognised in 2021 when she was awarded an OBE. Additionally, Jenny extends her influence through her popular podcast, “AI For Equity,” which she co-hosts with her daughter, Leah Garrett.
